Sally Miller Collection - Shea butter

We import our Shea Butter direct from Ghana, West Africa, and in doing so we have helped a group of Ghanaian women set up a business to sustain their families.

Many other companies refine the shea butter so that it is white in colour and is fragrance-free. We find that refined Shea Butter is only a moisturiser, and its healing properties are lost in the refining process. This is why we have used only pure unrefined shea butter.

It is fabulous for healing up cracked heels and is especially good for babies and children with dry skin & eczema because it helps remove the itch and heals the skin up. As it is a totally natural product it does not matter if they get the shea butter on their hands and eat it!!

A little shea butter goes a long way!!! As with all my products you don’t need very much - about a fifth of what you would normally use. With the shea butter an amount the size of a small pea is enough to do both hands. Simply put a small amount on the palm of your hand and rub your hands together warming up the shea butter so that it melts, then apply all over your hands. It will sit on the surface of the skin for a few minutes absorbing moisture so that when it soaks in it hydrates as well as moisturises the skin. If you wash your hands a protective layer is left behind.
