There are some questions that we get asked fairly often.....

FAQ’s
Q - I placed an order - when will my products arrive?
A - We'll email you as soon as we have packed and despatched your order. If for some reason you do not receive it within three working days (in Ireland) or seven working days elsewhere then please contact us and we'll look into it.

Q - How much will it cost to deliver my item? I'm fed up with other online companies that charge me a fortune for postage and packing!
A - We only charge you what we pay for the postage - no handling charge, no packing charge..... 
Orders up to 20 kilos are delivered via standard postal service (An Post), above that weight we use a courier. 
Our shopping cart automatically calculates postage based on the weight of your purchases and the delivery address. 

Q - How do I make changes or cancel my order?
A - If you need to change or cancel your order - please contact us by phone or email. Once we have despatched your order it is not possible to change it - but if you decide that you don't want the items you have ordered - simply return them to us, unopened and in their original packaging, and we'll refund the costs, less the postage. 

Q - Can I purchase Sally Miller Collection gift cards online?
A - Yes! Gift cards make a great present - and we offer conventional Gift Cards which we will post (for free!) to the lucky recipent, or 'virtual' gift cards, which are sent via email. Both types of card can be redeemed at our online store.

Q - How do I use a promotion code online?
A - Simply type the code into the 'promotional code' section at checkout to avail of the particular discount or offer.

Q - How do I use my online gift card?
A - Select the products that you would like to buy in the usual way, then type the unique Gift Card number as you go through the checkout.

Q - Do you ship internationally?
A - Of course! Our shopping card automatically calculates delivery charges for Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK, Europe and the USA. If you need delivery to somewhere else - please contact us and we will provide a quotation for you.

Q - What if an item is out of stock?
A - We are a small company, and, occasionally, some items can be out of stock. We will usually delivery the remainder of your order and will send you an email when the missing item is back in stock.

Q - I am pregnant - can I use your products?
A - Yes you can safely use our products. You may find our Lavender fragrances particularly calming.

Q - My skin is very sensitive - can I use your products?
A - If your skin is very sensitive you should always do a small patch test (with any cosmetic products) to check for sensitivity. Please call us and we will advise.

Q - What do I do if I don’t have a credit card?
A - If you don't have a credit card we can accept your personal cheque (select the 'Cheque' option at checkout). We can also accept payment by Money Order - or (if you are local) you can call into our showroom and pay in cash.

Q - Can I send a gift to a different address?
A - Yes - simply type in an alternative delivery address at the checkout stage.

Q - Can I include a card message in my gift?
A - Yes - just select this option at checkout.

Q - Do your products contain chemicals?
A - Yes - because all ingredients are chemicals! However, we aim to produce products that are as natural as possible, and are free from potentially-harmful chemicals.

Q - Do your products contain artificial fragrances?
A - No - we only ever use essential oil blends in our products.

Q - We don't use Euro in my part of the world - can I buy / see the prices in other currencies?
A - Yes - select from Euro, GB Pounds and US Dollars by selecting the currency at the top-right-hand corner of any page.

Q - I don't want to put my credit card / Laser details in online - can I call you by phone and give you the details?
A - Yes - no problem - please call us during office hours.

Q - Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A - Yes - our site is on a secure webserver, and your credit card details are handled by Paypal and not passed on to us. 

Q - Why do you want to know my email address? Are you going to sell it to spammers ?
A - NO! - we promise to keep your email address confidential. We need your address to contact you and confirm your order / shipping details. 

Q - If I sign up for your newsletter are you going to pester me with daily emails?
A - No - we expect to send out our offer-packed, informative Newsletter every couple of months - and you are free to unsubscribe from it at any time.

Q - Can I buy your products in a shop, rather than online?
A - Yes - see our list of stockists, or call in to our Showroom in West Cork.

Q - What's in this product? - I'm allergic to xxx.
A - All of the products in the Sally Miller Collections are made with as many natural ingredients as possible, and each product in the shopping cart has a list of ingredients at the end of the product details. Some of these ingredients have long and unfamilar names - so we've created a simple guide that tells you what each ingedient is. You can read it here Guide to Ingredients.

Q - My club / society / group is always looking for somewhere new to visit, or for people to visit us and give talks. Can you help?

A - We'd be delighted! - but we do get very 'booked up' - particularly in the run-up to Christmas. Please contact us with details and we'll see what we can do.
